As each product is handcrafted and made with meticulous attention to detail, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been placed.

Refunds will only be considered if an order cannot be fulfilled by us or if you receive a damaged or incorrect item that has been verified by our team. Any such concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs and your order details.
